Our foundational declaration – the Vision, Mission, and Core Value statements we created for The Genesis Project, not only express the deep desires and values of the organization but should also be reflected as the same set of values with those mentoring and connecting with others.  As followers and believers in Christ, we are only a resource for others, but God is THE Source.

As an Organization:

WE BELIEVE that the Old and New Testaments of the Bible are the inspired and authoritative word of the One and Only True God, accurate in all the principles to provide for all people, absolute moral truths, and is “useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and for training in righteousness so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.” (2 Tim 3:16-17).

As the Church:

We believe that the true church is comprised of all who have been justified by God's grace through faith alone in the Son of God, Christ Jesus alone. The true church is manifested in local churches throughout the world, composed of all who believe and follow God.  

Christian Living:

The greatest commandment is to love the Lord our God first and then to love our neighbors. (Matthew 22:37-39).  This is to live out our faith with care for one another, compassion toward the poor, caring for the widows and orphans, walking along with those in need.
